Tourism will generate R $ 8 billion at Carnival 2020

Tourist activities related to carnival are expected to reach the highest volume of revenue since 2015, reported the National Confederation of Trade in Goods, Services and Tourism (CNC). This year, CNC estimates that carnival revenue should be around R $ 8 billion, a real increase of 1% over last year.
The segments specialized in food outside the home, such as bars and restaurants, are expected to turn over R $ 4.8 billion, the companies for the transport of road passengers, air and rental vehicles, R $ 1.3 billion, and the services of accommodation in hotels and inns, R $ 861.3 million. They will account for more than 88% of all revenue generated from the carnival.
