Cruising the ocean is one thing; staying on what seems to be a cruise liner, though based on land is something completely different. Visiting the glamorous luxury hotel in Göynük, Antalya is a truly unique experience.

Exploring the oceans on luxurious cruise liners which seem to have it all is one of the most sought after tourist attractions. Each trip comes as a package and the variety of choices always seems to make up for the one slight downside of being bound to stay on the ship most of the time. In Turkey, a unique idea was turned into reality thanks to a generous $50 million investment – a glamorous hotel resort which in fact is a magnificent cruise liner.

The hotel is quite a spectacle. It is located on a beach between the clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the Taurus Mountains, in the region of Antalya. The layout of the resort resembles a harbor, whereas the hotel features several smaller villas, shaped as ships, one of which is a slightly futuristic copy of the infamous ocean liner the Queen Elizabeth.

The resort features a network of turquoise swimming pools, endless dining options as well as a variety of leisure activities. Especially those who wish to relax and unwind may appreciate the steam rooms, saunas, Jacuzzis, spa and wellness centre with a wide choice of therapies on offer. Naturally, there is a fitness centre, shopping malls and restaurants serving all possible cuisines of the world. Those, who come here for business, will also be very well catered for. There are great conference facilities within the resort.

There are many outdoor activities available as well; especially fans of water sports will enjoy their time here. For additional fees, visitors may try waterskiing, diving, and banana boating. The resort offers diverse entertainment programs for adults as well as families on daily basis.

Those, who would love to try going on a cruise but for some reason cannot really ‘get there’, the Queen Elizabeth Suite Hotel is a good chance for a compromise – well, perhaps, not even a compromise, but a completely different experience.
