The Roof views Central Park and Manhattan and can be used under different weather conditions. It has 1,144 square feet of outdoor space and 1,138 square feet of the indoor space. The Viceroy meeting room has over 700 square feet hence can be used as a theater, conference, classroom or even banquet and can accommodate 60 people. The Executive Boardroom can be used for small meetings of roughly 15 people as it is of 306 square feet.
