The Aria Hotel Budapest just opened in March. Located close to the Danube and Andrassy Avenue, the hotel caters to the needs of true lovers of music.

The hotel has four wings that comprise of a total of fifty-three guest rooms. Each wing pays homage to a different genre of music. There is a Classical wing and an Opera wing as well as a Contemporary wing and a Jazz wing. Each wing has the décor and art as well as sound related to the music genre to which it is dedicated.

The Aria Hotel has been built in a bank building that dates back to the 1870s. The building has been totally renovated and rebuilt by an architect Zsolt Szecsi. He along with an interior designer Zoltan Varro has totally transformed the one-time bank into an excellent hotel building.

Each wing has its very own elevator, which provides total privacy, and there are just two to three rooms on each landing. The nice thing about the rooms is that they overlook the city as well as the elegant inner courtyard, which is enclosed in glass. If you love your music then you will love staying at this hotel as it has some very well made caricatures of your favorite musical artists. A Czech artist by the name of Joseph Blecha has made these caricatures.

The rooms are equipped with a love seat and writing table as well as a marble bistro table and chairs. The Onyx bathroom has a separate tub and shower

Some of the rooms feature a home theater sound projector, Blu-ray CD/DVD player and access to a music library (digital) as well as docking station for iPhone and Android, and much more.

The rooms are also equipped with technological features like iPads and AppleTV. Besides the nice rooms, the Hotel Aria also boasts of the only year-round rooftop bar in Budapest called the High Note Skybar. There is also a nice garden on the rooftop. For those who want to relish a nice drink or some delicious food, the hotel provides options like the Satchmo Lounge and Bistro. The Lady Day Bar and the Stradivari Restaurant are other notable options for those who want to enjoy a drink or who want to sample a delicious dish.

Speaking of food, the Hotel Aria also provides buffet breakfast daily in the Music Garden Courtyard. Also, before you head out to enjoy the evening you should join the hotel for their afternoon wine and cheese reception.
