Colombia
Recently Colombia reported a big spike in the number of plastic surgeries requested by foreigners. Breast augmentation and reduction, localized fat reduction, and liposuction are the most frequent operations in Medellin, which is Colombia 's third city in the number of cosmetic surgeries, after Bogota and Cartagena.
Mexico
Cancun and Puerto Vallarta have become the havens for tummy tuck or buttock implants, but Tijuana and Mexico City are also popular aesthetic tourism destinations. Other procedures that put Mexico among the top five countries for surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, are: facelift, dental care, bariatric surgery, and rhinoplasty.
Argentina
The land of tango, welcomes annually about 14 thousand foreign patients who undergo a surgery, according to estimates by the Chamber of Argentina Medical Tourism.
